Immediate Start: Data Administrators (Temporary Contract)
Hays is recruiting on behalf of a client who is currently managing a period of high-volume work and needs immediate support.
We are looking for a reliable Data Administrator to join their team on a temporary contract.
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible on 8-4)
Contract Length: 23rd February for 5 weeks (Strong possibility of extension)
Location: Coalville
Your new role
This role focusses heavily on accurate data entry and administrative support, ensuring the integrity of our core systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Core Data Entry: Transcribing crucial data from Excel into our primary systems of record. 100% accuracy is non-negotiable.
- System Support: Assisting Technical Data Administrators with the set-up of new house type information and housing developments.
- Quality Control: Contributing to team accuracy by peer reviewing data entered by colleagues.
- Team Administration: Providing general administrative support to the team, including assisting Group Surveying Managers and tracking work progress.
