Location: London

Contract: 9-month Fixed Term
Do you have a passion for teaching and creating engaging learning experiences? Are you ready to shape the future of higher education through innovative blended learning design? If so, this is your chance to make a real impact at QA Higher Education.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and develop interactive blended learning materials for QAHE programmes, combining digital and live learning experiences.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and academic teams to create high-quality, engaging content that meets learning objectives.
- Apply learning design and pedagogical principles, to ensure best learning outcomes for students.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital content with live and asynchronous delivery stages.
- Manage discreet content creation projects, onboarding SMEs and SMRs and ensuring delivery to agreed timeframes.
What You’ll Bring
- Teaching experience and the ability to apply this to content creation
- Strong knowledge of educational theory and instructional design principles.
- Experience online and in-person e-learning solutions.
- Experience of working with content creation tools (RISE, Canva, Eleven Labs, PowerPoint) and VLEs (Blackboard and Moodle).
- A creative mindset and ability to turn complex concepts into engaging, interactive learning experiences.
- A team player with a flexible and reflective approach who is committed to personal development.
