- Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction.
- Preparing resources, supporting transitions, and contributing to a calm, safe learning environment.
- Building strong relationships with pupils to support engagement and progress.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with children in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and reliable with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Keen to support children's learning and development.
- Able to respond flexibly to the needs of the class throughout the day.
