- Provide personalised support to students with mild learning difficulties (MLD) to help them achieve their full potential
- Assist in the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons, adapting resources and strategies to meet individual needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement effective interventions
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that promotes student wellbeing and social-emotional development
- Maintain detailed records and contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress
- Actively participate in continuing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Relevant qualifications in education, SEN, or a related field
- Proven experience working with students with mild learning difficulties (MLD) in a school or educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address the diverse needs of each student
