Summary
We’re looking for a fresh team, who are passionate and motivated to deliver great customer service. You will need to be naturally engaging, confident and outgoing with the ability to have authentic and genuine conversations with our guests. You’ll be intuitive with customers needs and know what it takes to go the extra mile, concentrating on every little detail to deliver an exceptional service.
Duties
- Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all
-Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and rescue as needed
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to promote a safe and enjoyable environment
- Conduct regular safety inspections of pool equipment and facilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the pool area
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries and concerns
- Deliver excellent pool activities to the park guests
Requirements
- Current NPLQ certification (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
- Excellent observation and decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain focus and act quickly in emergency situations
- Friendly and approachable attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays as required by the business schedule
