Wiltshire Reablement - Empowering Independence
If you are passionate about helping others and looking to start your career in the care industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We believe in nurturing talent from within and offer NVQ apprenticeships and upskilling through practice and skills development.
Our Reablement Support Workers provide vital assistance to individuals in their homes post-hospital discharge. They play a pivotal role in helping customers achieve their goals, working closely with dedicated occupational therapists to co-develop personalised reablement plans.
We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for helping others who are available on a rota basis between 7am to 10pm 365 days a year. Showcase your flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
