We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker.
Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role.

Newbold Road is a large, spacious house with one flat and eight en-suite bedrooms in the heart of Chesterfield.
You will be working to support a gentleman who has a learning disability, autism, dementia and behaviours that can be challenging.

• 30 hours per week.
• Waking nights 9pm to 7am, and shift pattern will be 6 nights on, 8 nights off.

What you’ll be doing:
• Waking nights 9pm to 7am, and shift pattern will be 6 nights on, 8 nights off - shifts will run Friday to Wednesday every other week. Will involve weekend and bank holiday working.
• Supporting with personal, physical, and emotional needs throughout the night.
• Completion of nightly duties, including domestic and administrative tasks.
• Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support.
• Undertaking training online and face to face where necessary.
• Personal care.
