We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and talented Curriculum Leader: Maths to join our committed and creative school community. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire within a motivated team of teaching professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding education.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Lead the Maths curriculum across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring
high-quality teaching and learning.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to engage and
challenge students.
• Support and mentor colleagues to promote continuous professional
development within the department.
• Monitor and analyse pupil progress to drive improvements in attainment and
outcomes.
• Contribute actively to the wider pastoral and extra-curricular life of the school.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support whole school improvement
initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience
• Qualified teacher status with a strong background in teaching Maths at KS3
and KS4.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in curriculum development.
• A passion for inspiring pupils and enhancing their learning experiences.
• Commitment to raising standards and delivering excellent educational
outcomes.

Salary
• Mainscale/UPS + TLR 1.9 (£13,302 per annum)
