Rikama Education are extremely busy and are hiring again due to facilitating organic growth and grow out sales team, we are looking for local Recruitment Consultants OR Sales professionals B2B with minimum 3 years' experience across any recruitment sector, Care, Technology, Education Or other commercials.
We are also interested in people with aspirations to gain entry into Recruitment with hunger and desire OR B2B Sales experience.
Full Mentoring given if required into education.
Our ideal candidate should, have an outgoing personality, based locally to Sevenoaks, and have a desire to build a career in schools education recruitment.
We are an established leader in education recruitment sector, specialising within Special Needs, Primary schools, and Nurseries across Kent and SE London.
We place teachers, senior management and support staff specialising in long-term career supply appointments.

Based in our Sevenoaks, Kent office, we are now looking for experienced recruitment consultants or Driven candidates with a passion and desire to build a career in recruitment.
We are looking for candidates ideally with experience within Recruitment or additionally direct sales professionals with Client facing Customer service experience. Whom we shall mentor, develop in line with our proven recruitment methodology enabling ongoing success to facilitate our continued business growth.
Successful applicants will be mature, energetic, articulate and results driven individuals, who will capitalise on developing new relationships.
Requirements
- 3 years Recruitment OR direct sales experience.
- Self-Motivated with desire to succeed within Recruitment Industry.
- Strong verbal and written, presentation communications skills.
- Outgoing Personality.
- Car owner and driver.
- personality, energy, and work ethos to succeed.
- Must have a desire to within Recruitment.
- Live locally to Sevenoaks and have a driving license.

• Basic salary (depending on experience).
• Uncapped personal commission 10%-20% & terms bonus's scheme.
• Standard working hours Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 4pm finish.
