What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant (TA2) as soon as possible to support a child with an EHC Plan and intervention groups within the class.
We are looking for an appropriately qualified, experienced and enthusiastic person who is confident in working across the key stages to join our highly motivated and professional team. Key Requirements
• Working with small groups of pupils
• Providing intervention support
• 1:1 support for SEND pupils.
The ideal applicant will have:
• Experience of working with children or in a school
• Possibly NVQ 3 or above
• A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils
• Enthusiasm and creativity for engaging pupils.
