The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher (SEN) to join our team. This role involves fulfilling the professional responsibilities common to all classroom teachers, as outlined in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document, while making a positive impact on the learning and wellbeing of our students. This is a permanent, full time role on Teaching terms, the salary for this post is MPS-UPS plus SEN point 1.

• Deliver personalised, high-quality lessons that meet the learning needs of all pupils.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policy.
• Participate in interventions to raise student achievement and attainment.
• Support and contribute to the professional development of colleagues.
• Collaborate with internal and external agencies to support students’ learning and development.
• Act as a role model in professional practice, demonstrating high standards of teaching, behaviour management, and safeguarding.
• Contribute to enrichment activities and the wider life of the school.
