We’re looking for a skilled Analyst to play a key role supporting our Commercial change initiatives - providing sharp analysis, clear insights, and practical project support that help drive real business growth. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to track progress, review performance against targets, and offer sound, commercial advice on digital trading areas like holiday home choices, search optimisation, and checkout improvements. If you’re confident leading medium-sized projects independently and enjoy spotting opportunities to make things better, this is a great chance to help shape our future and make a real difference at Haven.
What you will be doing:
- Providing analytical support across the Commercial function, working with large, complex data sets to draw meaningful insights.
- Leading small-scale commercial change projects, ensuring milestones and objectives are met on time across Haven.
- Creating clear strategic documents and presentations that explain the rationale behind business and commercial changes.
- Influencing stakeholders to adopt a commercial mindset, securing buy-in to drive successful change initiatives.
- Acting as an ambassador for Commercial Strategy, supporting teams to help deliver the EBITDA opportunity.
What we’d like you to bring:
- Experience managing small but complex projects; coordinating multiple workstreams, and understanding broader business impacts, with strong skills in Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
- Confident communication and problem-solving skills, you’re able to present strategies clearly, report on performance, and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Self-motivation with some commercial or analytical experience, you’re comfortable leading change initiatives and challenging the status quo.
- A continuous improvement mindset; natural curiosity, and the ability to influence stakeholders and share the commercial vision.
- Ideally, experience in revenue management, or a finance of change management role
