You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer safety and delivering high standards of service and care. From supervising activities to maintaining cleanliness and setting up equipment, you’ll help create spaces where people can thrive.
What you’ll do as a Casual Leisure Assistant
You’ll be entrusted to:
⦁ Follow robust health and safety practices in line with policies and legislation
⦁ Support daily operations to deliver excellent customer experiences
⦁ Maintain high standards of cleanliness and equipment handling
⦁ Communicate effectively with customers of all ages and abilities
⦁ Act quickly and calmly in pressurised situations
⦁ Identify and report issues to improve performance

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have…
⦁ Experience in a customer-facing environment
⦁ Previous experience in a leisure setting
⦁ A positive, “can do” attitude and strong communication skills
⦁ Ability to stay alert and attentive
⦁ A coaching qualification (desirable)
This role requires a Basic DBS check, which will disclose any unspent convictions in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
