Location: Lichfield (Fradley)
Shift: Night shift - 8 hour shift between the hours of 17:00-05:00
Contract: Full-time / 12 week Temp-to-perm
We're looking for a reliable and experienced Night Shift Forklift Driver to join our busy pallet network operation. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment, playing a key part in keeping freight moving safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading palletised freight from HGVs / double-decker trailers
- Moving, stacking, and organising pallets within the warehouse
- Working to tight deadlines during nightly trunk operations
- Carrying out basic equipment and safety checks
- Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
What We're Looking For:
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a pallet network or busy warehouse environment (essential)
- Good attention to detail and awareness of health & safety
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
