Contract: Full Time and Part- Time Salary: £12.70 Per Hour Shift Type: Days & Nights Available Contracted hours: Full Time and Part Time

Ardenlee Care Home is beautifully set within its own grounds, offering scenic views across the sea, woodland, and gardens. We provide high quality residential care for up to 32 residents, creating a warm, homely environment where residents feel safe, valued, and genuinely cared for.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our supportive team. Whether you have previous experience or are new to care, if you are kind, reliable, and passionate about supporting others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What We Offer

  • £12.70 per hour
  • Paid breaks, Time and a half for overtime hours!
  • Full time or part time contracts available
  • Day shift and night shift opportunities
  • Pension scheme, Paid PVG, Uniform provided
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract

What You Will Do
You will support residents with their day to day routines, providing high quality personal care while promoting dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, offering reassurance, companionship, and practical support, and work closely with colleagues to ensure each resident receives person centred care in a safe and nurturing environment.
