The Best Connection are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturer based in Twycross, specialising in the production and assembly of high-quality agricultural trailers, including cattle, bale, and horse trailers.
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are looking for long-term, stable employment. Full training is provided.
Job Responsibilities-
Operating machinery (full training provided)

Metal bending and manipulation

Assisting with the assembly of small components

Quality checking and testing finished products

Testing basic electrical components

Following work instructions to assemble parts accurately

General manual duties - must be comfortable with physical, hands-on work

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:30

£12.21 per hour
