At Sidney Stringer Academy, we have a new position open for a part time Receptionist to join a friendly administrative team, providing an efficient point of contact within our reception.
Job overview
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the reception facility, answering calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries, signing in visitors and ensuring all visitors are appropriately monitored, as well as providing general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records.
Job requirements
NVQ or equivalent in Customer Care or Business and Administration or a willingness to undertake relevant training
Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
Experience of using software packages such as Microsoft, Google and Bromcom
Receptionist or customer service experience
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with staff, students, parents and external bodies
