Crynodeb
Mid-Day Supervisory Assistant. This post will start on Monday 2nd February 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. The post is subject to the postholder having a successful Disclosure and Barring Service application.
The post is a part time post for one hour a day, five days a week (5 hours a week) term time only from 12.45 hr to 13:45 hr.
Salary Scale G01 - £12.65 - £13.05 per hour.Duties would normally include the following:-
1. Control of the dinner queue;
2. Supervising students eating meals;
3. Ensuring crockery, cutlery, trays and leftovers are returned by students to relevant collection and disposal points;
4. Supervising activities in the playground, and indoors in bad weather;
5. Ensuring appropriate behaviour of students in accordance with the Elfed High School Belonging Policy;
6. Encouraging students out of school buildings when they should be outside;
7. Referring incidents to Senior Staff;
8. Litter picking;
9. Any other relevant duties as directed by the senior members of staff or Headteacher.
