Summary

We are looking for a Social Worker for a Mental Health Team



This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.



About the Team


This team of social workers develop and implement care plans for adults who have a range of mental health needs, providing support to promote recovery and independence. They undertake comprehensive mental health assessments in line with the Care Act, Mental Capacity act, and relevant legislation. Social workers in this team may also provide support for people complex needs including dual diagnosis and safeguarding. Complex cases can include adults who may also have learning disabilities, or physical disabilities as well as older people.


About you


A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' post qualified experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role but will help.
