Administrator - Birmingham

Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility required)
£12.36 to £12.53 per hour in the thirteenth working week, full time 37 hours per week
Temporary assignment for six months, with potential to extend

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? We're looking for an Administrator to join a busy Public Sector team based in Birmingham (B16 8PE).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client's department to play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the Courts and Tribunals system.

Key Responsibilities

  • This role will almost solely require orders to be added to their system. Full training will be provided on the systems you will be required to use but accuracy on data entry is paramount
  • Data entry - ensuring accuracy and attention to detail of information when entering data, such as dates, numbers and addresses/personal details
  • Some general ad hoc administration work as and when required, which may include creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records using in-house systems, handling incoming and outgoing post and preparing standard correspondence, reports, minutes, and other documents in line with guidelines

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and high rate of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint

Requirements

  • DBS check and three years of employment references
