Service Delivery: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by responding to emergency situations and participating in the emergency call-out rota.
The ideal candidate will be a client-focused professional with a "can-do" attitude and a deep understanding of building services within a hospital or high-uptime environment.
Essential Requirements:
-
Qualifications: A recognised mechanical trade apprenticeship and/or Level 3 technical qualification (Mechanical discipline).
-
Technical Expertise: Comprehensive mechanical and electrical knowledge, ideally gained within a healthcare or similar building services environment.

AP Experience: Previous experience in Authorised Person (AP) roles (e.g., Medical Gas, Pressure Systems, Water, or Fire) is highly desirable.

Leadership: Proven experience in a supervisory or lead capacity, with the ability to manage diverse trade groups and subcontractors.
-
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
-
Compliance: Ability to obtain and maintain DBS clearance.
