Crynodeb
1.1. Based in Clinical Engineering Department or other sites when required. 1.2. Understands and can operate the stores processes within Clinical Engineering in support of the Logistics and Stock Manager function. 1.3. Places orders with external suppliers and Supply Chain using the Oracle Purchasing System and Genesis System with appropriate compliance withstanding financial instructions as required by the Logistics and Stock Manager. 1.4. Undertaking stock takes when required. 1.5. Monitors repaired equipment in Clinical Engineering and returns equipment to the Medical Equipment Library, Wards or Departments as appropriate 1.6. Decontaminates equipment, reporting excessive or high-risk contamination to the appropriate Team Leader 1.7. Assists with the Trusts Medical Devices database housekeeping. 1.8. Logs requests into the Trusts Medical Devices database. 1.9. Engages with relevant training courses to enable achievement of competencies and assembly of a personal portfolio supportive of future progression in the Clinical Engineering Logistics speciality. 1.10.
