Team of PA's Required to Support with Personal Care, Emotional and Social Needs - KF-DCC-001
We are looking for a reliable, compassionate Personal Assistant to support with personal, social, and emotional needs, enabling the individual to live independently and with dignity.
This role involves providing two-to-one support in my daily life, helping me feel safe, supported, and included. Working as part of a team with double ups, 7 days a week
Duties May Include
• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and hoisting if required)
• Emotional support and reassurance
• Social support (companionship, attending appointments, outings, and leisure activities)
• Assisting with daily routines and maintaining wellbeing
• Supporting confidence and independence
• Driving my adapted/disability vehicle.
• Household Duties
• Meal preparation, cooking and facilitating with eating meals.
• Help in my hydrotherapy pool and with helping to maintain my muscle tone and flexibility
• Supporting me with my dog Pippa, and Tillie my tortoise.
Essential Requirements
• Full UK Clean driving licence
• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience in care/support work preferred (but not essential – training can be provided)
Desirable Requirements
• Experience supporting someone with physical disability
• Understanding of emotional wellbeing and mental health support
