What You’ll Be Doing
As an Apprentice Personal Trainer, you’ll play an active role in the day-to-day running of the gym, helping to create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and setting up gym facilities for daily use
- Supporting gym users and promoting safe exercise practices
- Carrying out initial fitness assessments and equipment inductions
- Demonstrating the correct and safe use of gym equipment
- Assisting with the delivery of fitness sessions and activities
- Completing key administrative tasks and maintaining records
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety at all times
