Salary: £13.05 per hour
Various shifts required day shifts range from 7am-3pm/8am-4pm/2pm-10pm.
Night shifts (female support only) 10pm-8/9am.
Job description
Day shifts- to provide care and support to adults with a learning disability and/or Autism living in their own home, support with personal care to include washing/dressing/meals/medication.
To provide support to access health care appointments, education, work or voluntary placements.
To provide support to maintain and attend community activities
To provide support to maintain and build new social circles.
Night support- To undertake regular checks/support through the night in line with the persons care plan. Night support is provided for females who may require support with personal care through the night, the females like to be supported with personal care by female staff only.
