Production Operative

Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Temporary – Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: Dependent on experience

KPI Recruiting are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Crewe (CW1).

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 4:00pm
Every other Friday: 6:00am – 4:00pm

The Role
This is a full production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties will include:
- Involvement in the full production process
- Loading cans onto conveyor belts
- Packing finished products into boxes
- Stacking and organising boxes onto pallets
- Wrapping and transporting pallets to specification
- Moving wrapped pallets to the finished goods area
- Supporting stock handling activities
- Minimising production waste
- Carrying out end-of-day inspections
  
  Important Site Rules
  - No electronic devices (including mobile phones or smart watches) are permitted on the production floor
  - All electronic items must be stored in lockers provided
    
    Requirements
    - Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
    - Good attention to detail
    - Ability to work as part of a team
    - Physically fit and reliable
      
      Pay & Benefits
