Job title: Tenancy Sustainment Officer
A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Association. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based in our offices in Bolton.

Purpose of the role
- To provide advice and assist service users to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms enabling them to live independently.
- You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture, and ethos.

- Salary £25,389 per annum dependent on experience for 37.5 hours per week on a Fixed-Term contract until January 2027,
