Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a long-term role?

We are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant / TA for a long-term position, working with children in the Early Years and Foundation Phase who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will be part of a small, supportive class equipped with abundant resources to provide an engaging and enriching educational experience. Previous experience working with children with additional learning needs is essential. Experience within Special Resource Bases (SRB) or Additional Learning Needs settings would be highly advantageous.

The successful Teaching Assistant will possess:

    • A minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / TA qualification or at least six months’ experience working with children in an educational setting
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • The ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
    • Experience of working one-to-one with children with additional learning needs

      Our staff are remunerated on a PAYE basis, ensuring the correct deduction of Tax and National Insurance contributions.
