Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Secondary Cover Supervisor with strong behaviour management skills and a creative, nurturing approach. You will work alongside a forward-thinking team to deliver an innovative curriculum that fosters a love of learning and supports high standards for all pupils.
Key Requirements
• Level 3 or HLTA qualification (desirable but not essential).
• PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be considered.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and its expectations.
• Understanding of planning and assessment procedures.
