We’re currently recruiting Supply KS1 Teachers to work in a range of welcoming primary schools across North Birmingham, covering day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term supply needs.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate KS1 lessons

  
  

• Follow lesson plans and adapt to different classroom environments

  
  

• Support early learning, phonics, and foundational skills

  
  

• Maintain positive behaviour and classroom routines

  
  

• Ensure safeguarding procedures and school policies are followed

  
  What We’re Looking For

  ✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  ✔️ Experience teaching Key Stage 1
  ✔️ Patient, nurturing, and adaptable teaching style
  ✔️ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  ✔️ A professional and reliable approach to supply work

  Safeguarding & Compliance

  To be considered, you must:

  • Hold a valid DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or be willing to complete a new Criminal Convictions Check

    
    

  • Be able to provide two references, ideally:

    • One from your most recent employer

      
      

    • One character reference
