Are you a caring and adventurous individual looking to make a real difference in someone's life?We're on the hunt for someone who wants to make a difference to a bright young person living in their family home in Dunscroft, Doncaster.

This young person is creative, expressive, and fun-loving individual who deserves a supporter who can bring out the best in them.With a tracheostomy, ventilation, and PEG feed, they require complex care, but they're also bursting with personality and enthusiasm and, you'll be the key to unlocking their full potential. You'll build a strong, trusting relationship,understandtheir unique needs, and help them live life to the fullest.If you're passionate about making a positive impact and have a heart for supporting others, we want to hear from you!

Your Role: More Than Just Care

As a 1:1 supporter, you'll provide personalised care that's tailored to this young person's needs. This includes:

  • Supporting their physical health, including tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and ventilation management
  • Helping with household tasks to create a comfortable and organised living space
  • Building a strong bond through natural and respectful communication

But it's not just about the tasks - it's about being a positive influence, a friend, and a source of joy in their life. If you're up for the challenge and have a passion for making a difference, we can't wait to meet you!

  • Team Brain Injury Support
  • Bespoke Health and Social Care
  • LD&A – Learning Disabilities & Autism

This role sits within our Team Brain Injury Support, and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Complex Care Manager.

We work together in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, and a range of both physical and mental disabilities. We are person-centred and the needs of the people we support are at the heart of everything we do.Our teams are passionate about working in close partnership with the people we support to provide outstanding, tailored care that promotes empowerment, and do everything possible to help our clients to access new experiences.
