We are a well‑established care provider with four years of successful service in the Wakefield area. Our team of 16 dedicated staff deliver high‑quality care across WF1, WF2, WF3 and WF4 - and we're continuing to grow.
The Role of Care Coordinator
We're looking for an organised, proactive Care Coordinator who is passionate about delivering excellent care and supporting a growing service. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Carrying out client assessments and creating detailed care plans
• Completing rotas, spot checks, and audits
• Ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Supporting marketing and business growth activities
• Providing on‑call support on a rota basis
• Covering care calls when required
• Working closely with staff to maintain high standards of care and communication
What We're Looking For in our Care Coordinator
• Experience working in the care sector
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and service improvement
• Confidence in leading and supporting a team
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
• Flexibility to support on‑call and occasional care cover
