Crynodeb
Main responsibilities: The post holder is responsible for provision of Physiotherapy assessment, treatment and evaluation in conjunction with junior physiotherapists within the service. There is an opportunity to rotate between different clinical areas to enhance and specialise skills. To participate in multidisciplinary rehabilitation services in either the patients own home or our bed based rehabilitation unit in Cumberlege Intermediate Care Centre (CICC). The multidisciplinary team includes Rehabilitation Assistants, Associate practitioners, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist and Nursing colleagues. To provide evidence based and high quality patient care and rehabilitation which is personalised to the individuals goals and needs. Deliver a compassionate, dignified and respectful service to patients at all times and ensuring that the values outlined in the NHS constitution are adhered to daily and any matters of concern are raised with the relevant Line Manager or through the necessary processes within the Trust. We offer excellent CPD opportunities including peer support groups, in-service training, professional supervision and either internal or external courses which may support your professional objectives.
