HMP Thameside is a category B male prison based in London. We are recruiting for a Release and Transfer Coordinator to support the wider healthcare team prepare patients for their release or bring transferred to another prison. Hours Monday - Friday / 0800 - 1600 Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £36,000 per annum FTE - depending on experience. How will we support you?
