Social Worker – Adult Community Team (North Wiltshire)
Inspiring Independence. Nurturing Wellbeing. Making a Real Difference.
Are you an experienced Social Worker ready to take the next step in your career? Do you want to work in a team that values creativity, collaboration, and positive outcomes for adults in our community? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
Our Adult Community Team North is a dynamic, supportive group of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and Social Care Practitioners. Together, we cover the beautiful North Wiltshire area, working with adults aged 18+ to promote independence, prevent crises, and create tailored plans that truly enhance wellbeing.
We’re passionate about local, sustainable solutions and proactive interventions that make a lasting impact. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with multiple partners, explore innovative approaches, and help shape services that put people first.
To join us, you need to be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England and have completed your ASYE, as we cannot support ASYE for this role. You’ll bring strong communication skills and up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, legislation, and the Health and Social Care policy context.
Please note this role does not qualify for sponsorship, so applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We offer flexibility to support your work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth.
If you’re ready to make a difference and join a team that values your expertise, apply today and help us inspire independence and nurture wellbeing across North Wiltshire.
