A thriving and nurturing primary school in the Taunton area is seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Class Teacher to join their team. About the Role

Shape a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes independence, curiosity and a love of learning.
Support a high proportion of learners with SEND by embedding compassionate, relational and inclusive practice.
Contribute to a forward‑thinking curriculum that supports equitable educational experiences for all children.

What We're Looking For

We are keen to hear from teachers who:

Hold QTS (or equivalent) and have strong classroom practice.
Have experience teaching across relevant key stages and can deliver consistently high‑quality lessons
Are confident communicators who can motivate others and build positive relationships with staff, pupils and families.
Can champion inclusive practice and meet the needs of learners including SEND, pupil premium, looked‑after children and high‑attaining pupils.
Are ready to lead, innovate and contribute to whole‑school development.
