About the job
You'll be responsible for providing high quality maintenance and cleaning of designated internal and external communal areas of
our properties. There are also gardening duties in some properties. You'll ensure the health, safety and security of the estates
you're assigned to, including dealing with fly tipping, abandoned vehicles and environmental nuisance. At times you'll work with
police, neighbourhood officers and community safety teams.
About you
* You'll have great customer liaison skills
* Be experienced in caretaking and cleaning
* Have a really good understanding of health, safety and security within a caretaking role
* Be able to plan, organise and priortise your work effectively and efficiently, using Total Mobile (training will be given)
* Experienced in problem-solving and dealing with challenging situations
* Used to lone working and being highly self-motivated
* Able to work with sub-contractors when required
* Ability to drive and hold a full valid driving licence would be desirable
