Role Overview

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team at the Institute of Cancer Research on Fulham Road. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work in a prestigious environment, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical systems.

Key Details
  • Start Date: Monday, 19 January 2026
  • End Date: Tuesday, 31 March 2026
  • Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off rolling pattern
  • Hours: 07:00 - 19:00 (44 hours per week)
  • Pay Rate: £20.55 per hour (PAYE)
  • Dress Code: Hi-Vis Jacket and Safety Shoes
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 in either Mechanical or Electrical discipline (18th Edition qualification desirable)
  • Previous experience in hospital or laboratory maintenance is advantageous
Responsibilities
  • General maintenance of heating systems, HVAC plant, pumps, motors, valves, and actuators
  • Ensure compliance with L8 regulations
  • Support operational reliability across the site
