About the role
Right at Home Swindon is a high-quality home care provider supporting people to live independently in their own homes. We are currently recruiting Female Care Assistants for morning shifts across Swindon and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for anyone looking for rewarding work that fits around family life, studies or other commitments. No previous care experience is required as full, paid training is provided from day one.
What we offer
£14.65 per hour
40p per mile travel allowance
Time and a half on bank holidays
Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day
Level on-demand pay – get paid as you earn, when you need it
Guaranteed hours contract available after probation
28 days paid holiday per year (pro rata)

Key responsibilities
Supporting clients with morning routines and personal care
Assisting with washing, dressing and grooming
Administering medication
Preparing meals and supporting with household tasks
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting clients with shopping, appointments and outings
Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
What we are looking for
Female applicants only due to clients’ personal care needs
Full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Right to work in the UK
Aged 18 or over
Willing to obtain Class 1 business insurance
A caring, reliable and professional approach
Experience is not essential. We are looking for people with the right values, attitude and commitment to making a difference.
