We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Grimsby Institute in the role of a Personal Assistant. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!
About the role
In this role, you will work closing with our Campus Principal for Higher Education providing high-quality administrative support across curriculum areas, ensuring that both staff and learner needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Supporting senior leaders with data retrieval, analysis, and report production.
Managing learner attendance systems and general office duties.
Organising meetings, booking venues, and handling reception cover when required.
Assisting with college events and contributing to the positive promotion of TEC Partnership values.
About the person
We are looking for someone who is organised and adaptable, with strong administrative skills and attention to detail. You will be customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can work collaboratively and build relationships based on trust and respect.
The successful candidate must have knowledge and experience of working in an administrative environment and have up to date knowledge of IT systems and packages.
