Summary

Reablement is a short-term service that provides support to the citizens of Manchester to remain in their own homes and increase their independence. Reablement is a large, citywide service and includes teams of Support Workers, Team Leaders, Registered Managers, a Review Team, and the Performance Team who work collaboratively with our Health colleagues to get the best outcomes for the people we support.

The Metrics officer role is part of the performance team and will provide high quality information from interrogating various data sources to gain insights for the Performance Manager and other internal stakeholders. The production of reports is a fundamental part of the role and having the ability to use various systems it essential. Working on various projects with the Performance Manager to improve the service delivery, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a rapidly developing service.
The main duties of the Metrics Officer are

Assisting reablement service in the running of business-critical systems
Monthly reporting of performance
Monitoring of performance metrics
Completion of monthly dashboards
Maintaining, cleansing and quality assurance of service data
Report design in third party systems
Supporting the development of service standards & processes
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams)
Supporting users with MS Office 365
Producing high quality, accurate data supports Reablement staff to work more effectively and ensures we can demonstrate the impact the service has on Manchester citizens and reducing the need for other services.
