We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Student Finance and Travel Adviser to join our exceptionally busy and professional Admissions and Student Finance team.
If you’re customer-focused, highly organised, able to communicate confidently with a wide range of people, and experienced in handling sensitive and confidential information, this role could be for you!
You’ll have A Level (or equivalent) qualifications, at least 4 GCSEs including Maths and English, and ideally a Level 2 qualification in Information, Advice & Guidance (or the willingness to achieve it). You will also bring experience in administrative work within a customer-facing environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive matters professionally.

Your passion and enthusiasm will be underpinned by the experience, skills and understanding you bring, including excellent problem-solving abilities, strong teamwork, outstanding time-management and organisational skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, and well-developed IT skills across Microsoft Office applications. You will also demonstrate emotional intelligence, resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and the College’s values.
