We are looking for an inspirational and dedicated individual to support, influence and improve behaviour standards of our students throughout the organisation. The successful candidate will have a proactive and visible presence on campus, challenging unsafe behaviours and educating learners so they can make better choices to support their learning whilst at the College.

You will have significant experience of working with young people with behaviours that are challenging at times and dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player with an organised, positive attitude to work, with the ability to demonstrate negotiating and influencing skills.
