Your Day-to-Day Youll be working 37.5 hours a week in Clynsaer with Adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and behaviours which may challenge. Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical & welfare needs & report as required Support management in the day-to-day running of the service Unde rtake supervisory & administrative responsibilities Safeguard Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.You are Must have CQF Level 3 in health and social care. An experienced Support Worker ready to step up to a new challenge Genuinely driven to make a difference in peoples lives Confident, assertive & ambitious for yourself, service users & the organisation An excellent communicator & good team player Sensitive & intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment Able to empower & support service user independence Organised, committed & keen to develop your management & leadership skills.
