We have a focus group that provides all new staff with an allocated buddy for ongoing support for your first year on the ward. Here on acorn ward, we champion diversity and inclusion, where you can be yourself and where all staff is treated fairly.

To provide effective care to patients 0-16 years old within a paediatric acute inpatient ward. Ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of individualised care is given to children and their families in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team. The post holder will ensure that they maintain professionalism at all times and that care is provided utilising our WeCare values.
