We’re seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to guide Tye Green Lodge Care Home in Harlow — a warm, contemporary 61‑bed residence nestled within a quiet, tree‑lined neighbourhood. Purpose‑built with light, spacious rooms and thoughtfully designed communal areas, the home supports residents in living with confidence and independence. With a strong CQC rating of Good across every category, Tye Green Lodge stands on solid foundations and is poised for a leader with the vision and energy to elevate it even further. What we’re looking for:

• Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
• Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
• Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
• Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills
• Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
• Above all, a compassionate, forward‑thinking approach to care

As Home Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Greenacres — guiding your team to deliver exceptional care, building meaningful relationships with residents and families, and ensuring the home thrives as both a caring community and a successful business.
