All about the role:
The HR Manager is responsible for a small team consisting of two HR Administrators and a Payroll Officer who together, deliver the HR function across two schools and an on-site Sports Club.
Alongside team management, the HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day aspects of human resources practices and processes, this role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and school policies.
Applicants should be qualified to CIPD level 5 (or CIPD level 3 with 5+ years experience).
