Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience supporting children with SEN: such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH or speech and language needs.

  • Strong communication skills: working effectively with staff, parents and external agencies.
  • A proactive, flexible attitude: willing to adapt and try new strategies.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and inclusion: always putting pupils' wellbeing first.
