What You’ll Be Doing:
• Taking ownership of strategic behaviour interventions with direct student impact
• Supporting individual and group therapeutic activities across year groups
• Working closely with SENCOs, counsellors, and specialist staff
• Implementing and adapting personal support plans for a diverse student cohort
• Recording, analysing, and reporting on behavioural progress for maximum effect
• Acting as the Behaviour Specialist point of contact for pastoral and academic teams
