We are looking for a motivated and reliable Site Operative to join our recycling operations team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone starting out in their career who is keen to learn, develop practical skills, and make the most of training provided.
The role plays an important part in keeping the site safe, tidy, and efficient, supporting the wider team and ensuring recycling activities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the recycling site
Supporting daily site operations, including general housekeeping duties
Ensuring work areas are kept safe and free from hazards
Assisting with waste segregation and recycling processes where required
Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures
Working as part of a team to meet site standards and operational goals
What We’re Looking For
This role is well suited to someone who:
Is reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Takes pride in keeping environments clean and well organised
Enjoys practical, hands-on work
Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Is comfortable working outdoors and as part of a team
No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
